Before we start any design work we discuss with you about what your expectations and objectives are. We will learn about your business through these discussion and under stand your needs, your end users needs and any regulatory needs.

Some of the questions that help us define the project are:

What are you trying to achieve? Is this just an engineering model or will user appeal be important?
Are there any competitors patents that we should be aware of or patent features to be designed in?
What are your perceived design volumes at each stage of the product growth? This affects the technology used in production.
What is the target unit cost at each stage of the product growth? Again this is affected by the production volume.
Are there any regulatory requirements? We are used to working within the med-tech industry.
Who is the end user and how will it be used? Is it a desktop, mounted or handled product.
What environment will this product be used in? Is it in the home, office, medical, or industrial environment?
Are there any thermal management constraints?
Are there any user inputs and outputs interfaces?

We will agree Project Status updates intervals.
