Prior to any design engineering we will carry out a risk assessment on the chosen concepts. In our experience from the med-tech industry, this risk assessment process will have a strong bearing on the product material specifications and product reliability.

Through 3d cad and inhouse CNC milling we develop the proof of principle prototypes that are presented to you for early stage feed back from you and a tangible product to present to your investors.

The product is is tested virtually by carrying out  finite element stress analysis that can high light potential weaknesses in the mechanical design of the product.

Ensure that the product has been designed for manufacture and assembly.

We produce models and prototypes at every stage of the design process. Blue foam models for concepts, machined wax models, and high performance polymer products.

The finished wax model is often used as the master for casting a liquid silicone mould for low volume vacuum resin casting.
